Today was another amazing day serving the community in Los Angeles. We started our morning with breakfast and then headed straight to serve. We had the opportunity to help with a project called the DC Campus Project, where we spent the morning doing yard work around the campus and neighborhood.

Our kids showed incredible independence and teamwork as they mowed lawns, picked up trash, raked leaves, and swept sidewalks. It was amazing to watch them work so hard, step out of their comfort zones, and take ownership of every task they were given. By the end of the project, the campus looked beautiful, and it was rewarding to see the difference we made together.

One of the highlights of the day was hearing another powerful testimony from a Dream Center staff member. They shared how God has transformed lives through the Dream Center's discipleship program, reminding us that every act of service can make an eternal impact.

Later in the afternoon, our team gathered to reflect on how God has been moving throughout this trip. One of our students shared a beautiful story about how God works not only through the people we serve but also in the hearts of those who are serving. It was a powerful reminder that when we step out in faith to love others, God changes us too.

Tomorrow is our final Serve Day here at the LA Dream Center as we have the opportunity to participate in Adopt-a-Block. I'm excited, grateful, and filled with so many emotions as weprepare for one last day of serving. We can't wait to see all that God has in store.

We made it!

Today was our first full day of ministry here at the Dream Center! This morning, we helped distribute groceries with the Dream Center Food Truck. While part of our team served by handing out groceries, others walked through the lines praying for people.

In the afternoon, we headed to Nickerson Gardens to help with their Sidewalk VBS! We spent time playing with the kids, worshiping together, and sharing the love of Jesus with kids in the neighborhood.

Our kids have been doing an incredible job stepping up, praying for people, inviting kids to join in worship, and showing them the love of Jesus. It has been amazing to watch God work through them.

We're excited for another day of serving tomorrow as we head to the Dream Center kitchen bright and early!
