Day one

Today was the first day of our GO trip to Alaska.
We started bright and early at 6:30am meeting in the Peoples Church lot before heading up to Sacramento to catch our flight. Upon landing we headed to the church we will be staying at for dinner and an orientation. Then we followed it up with a devotional and continued getting unpacked.
It is so beautiful here and we feel grateful to have made it safely and be beginning our week of ministry. We could hardly believe how light it was even as it got late into the evening! Thank you to everyone for all the prayers for safe travels. We request prayers for our time at church tomorrow and for the other organizations/people we will get the chance to interact with throughout the week. Be praying that above all else we see God’s will done!
