Women Alive AM Bible Study
Mark your calendars for the start of our Fall sessions on Wednesday, September 10! Three different studies are being offered at 9:00am. The Armor of God is a powerful 17 week study of Ephesians 6:10-18, written and taught by Lyn Swanson-Natsues. To Know Him is to Love and Praise Him is a 24 week series focused on the attributes of God, written and taught by Bev Doswald. Class size is limited in both…if you would like more information, please contact Women’s Ministries as soon as possible. The other class is Beth Moore’s new study of 1 and 2 Thessalonians, Children of the Day. Child care is provided for all the classes. Invite a friend!
Women Alive PM Bible Study

Precept Bible Study
Precept is an in-depth study of the God’s Word through Kay Arthur’s inductive Bible Studies. Our next session begins Thursday, August 7 at 9:00am with How to Have Joy – A Study in Philippians. Please call Women’s Ministries for information and to register.
Healing from Sexual Abuse
There is hope and healing available. We have resources for women who have been sexually abused, struggle with sexual addictions, have a spouse with sexual addictions. New classes are starting soon. Contact Shirley Barber for info, (559) 298-8001 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to Be Faithfully Fit
A class for healthy weight loss, incorporating spiritual support and a balanced eating plan to maintain a lasting, fit lifestyle. This 8 week class includes Scripture, devotions, activities, insights, and encouragement. Mondays, 6:30 pm. Please call Women’s Ministries for information and to register for upcoming sessions.

Sisters Sunday Group
Come and connect with other women of all ages and seasons of life! We meet during the second gathering at 9:45 am in Room 109.
New Directions Brunch
Great speakers, encouraging messages, special music, fun games and door prizes, and a delicious brunch for senior ladies! Meetings are held on a Saturday in the Multi-Purpose Room. Note new cost: $7! Please call for more information.
Ladies Latte & Lit Book Club
If you like to read good Christian books and would enjoy discussing it with others, Ladies Latte & Lit is for you! Our format features a “Book of the Month,” including pieces of Christian fiction and non-fiction. We have occasional Saturday brunches, as well as a Tuesday evening discussion each month. (Child care will be available during Tuesday evening sessions by reservation through PC Women’s Ministries.)
Our August selection is a an interesting historical fiction novel, Echoes of the Titanic, by Mindy Starns Clark. This month’s meeting will be a movie night, with a fascinating documentary of the Titanic. Join us on Tuesday, August 26, 6:30-8:30pm in the Student Ministries Center. Looking forward to seeing you there, even if you haven’t read the book!

Ways to Serve/Share
Help us provide luncheons for families and friends following memorial services. No experience necessary. It’s a great way to serve those in need. Various opportunities available.
Use your creative gifts and talents in preparation for our annual Holiday Boutique. Proceeds go for special church projects and missions. We spend Thursday mornings together, working on crafts and making new friends. 9:00 am, Multi-Purpose Room.
A small group of women have a wonderful time of fellowship while making quilts for the Fresno Rescue Mission, children’s shelters, and nursing homes. No experience necessary. Second and fourth Tuesdays of the month, 9:00 am in Room 204.
H.I.S. Hands In Service
Serve in practical ways! We need your help preparing mailings, retreat materials and working on other Women’s Ministries projects.
